“We’re fools whether we dance or not, so we might as well dance.” ~Japanese Proverb
Living in the moment. Mindfulness. Being in the present. The best of us can respond to what is happening at the moment. Good performers act in the present. Topics to be discovered this month include: proactive vs. reactive, focusing on the moment, listening, and supporting your partner.
August’s Improv Skills Drop-In improv classes are focused on getting you out of your head and into the moment.
WHERE: HiFi COOP, Ward Warehouse, 1050 Ala Moana Blvd, STE 2580 Honolulu, Hawaii 96813
