“Life is a flash of lightning in the dark of night. It is a brief time of tremendous potential.”
~B. Alan Wallace
Living in the moment. Mindfulness. Being in the present. The best of us can respond to what is happening at the moment. Good performers act in the present. Improv is all about letting go and just being present.
February’s Improv Skills Drop-In improv classes are focused on getting you out of your head and into the present. Topics to be discovered this month include: proactive vs. reactive, focusing on the moment, listening, and supporting your partner.
