“Gettin’ good players is easy. Gettin’ ’em to play together is the hard part.”
~Casey Stengel
Good teamwork skills improve performance, efficiency and trust within a group. Improv is a collaborative art form and teamwork is essential. There are hundreds of improv exercises and games designed to build trust, support and group mind within an improv team. We will be covering many of these in our Improv Skills: Teamwork classes in January.
January’s Improv Skills Drop-In improv classes are focused on building teamwork skills to be a more effective person (and performer). Topics to be covered include: Supporting with “Yes, and”, finding group mind, team communication, and making each other look good.
