Improv Skills Drop-In Class
Improv builds important everyday skills. If you want to get faster on your toes, interact better with others, progress as a performer, or just make new friends, improv training can help you build the skills you need. Many businesses are using improv training to enhance their employees’ communication & teamwork skills and build self-confidence.
About the Program
Say yes. Live in the moment. Own the stage. Learn to play. This class welcomes all experience levels, from complete newbies to the ghost of Del Close himself, to join in and learn the skills used in improv and life in a fun and lighthearted environment.

REQUIREMENTS: All Experience Levels are Welcome
COST: Classes are $10 per class or $35 for the month
WHEN: Every Thursday, 7:30pm – 9:30pm

About the Instructor
Rory Franzen has over 20 years of theater and performance experience. Rory’s first introduction to improvisation was as rehearsal warmups for plays. It wasn’t until Seattle’s Unexpected Productions launched a high school theater sports tournament that Rory got formally trained as an improviser. When Rory moved to Hawaii, he joined “Something Classy” with fellow Think Fast founder David K Jones. Rory has coached many improv teams, which have played at local theaters and venues, as well as international festivals. Rory continues to play with Think Fast and is a writer and performer for the “Regards!” sketch comedy show and web series Someplace Classy. Rory is one of the founding members and lead instructor of “Think Fast”.
