Description
Continue building on the concept of “Game” and refine your individual voice in more intimate setting. This class will function as “writers’ room” and will offer you opportunities to pitch ideas to others and collaborate with other students on assignments in class. You will also get to hone individual pieces through rewriting.
Students must bring a 3-4 page sketch to the FIRST session of class. This first sketch should be written utilizing the concept of the “Game of the Scene,” taught in Intro to Sketch Writing. Students should be prepared to devote time outside of class to completing new writing assignments for every session. Students will leave this 6-week class with a brand new sketch packet.
