Improvised Theater Drop-In Classes w/ Think Fast

Improv in Paradise presents improvised theater drop-in class for all. Join Think Fast Improviser Larissa Franzen on Tuesdays and No, Why Improv’s Matthew Miller on Thursdays as they go over basic fundamentals and advance techniques in the art of theatrical improvisation.
Living in the moment. Play the stage. Learn to play. This class welcomes all levels to join in and learn the skills used in improvised theater and life, in a fun and lighthearted environment. Classes are recommended 18+.
Students will receive notes reflective on their performance level. If students have a specific area they would like to focus on, inform the instructor and they will guide students to their goals.
Topics covered in class include:
- Teamwork and Support
- Communicating ideas clearly
- Adapting to new situations and environment
- Character creation, commitment, and execution
- Playing without fear

WHEN: Every Tuesday and Thursday
TIMES: 7:30pm – 9:30pm
TICKETS: $10 per class | $35 for the month | $60 both days for the month
Classes start promptly at 7:30pm. Classes run until 9:30pm.
PARKING: Free parking on Kamakee Street and Kawaiahao Street after 6pm
