Write like it’s Saturday night!

In this fast-paced, 4-week course, you’ll dive headfirst into the world of late night comedy writing- crafting the kind of sharp, timely material you’d see on SNL, The Tonight Show, Late Night, and beyond! This class will guide you through the fundamentals of joke structure, sketch formatting, and comedic voice, all through the lens of late night TV.

Each week focuses on a cornerstone of late night writing:

  • Topical monologue jokes
  • A pre-taped parody sketch for film
  • A character-driven Weekend Update-style segment
  • And a polished, updated sketch packet to showcase your range

No performance required- just bring your ideas and your sense of humor!
