Technical Director
Job Description:
The Technical Director implements setup and breakdown for Improvhi shows every first and third Saturday. Inventories and delivers equipment to and from shows.
Duties:
-Picks up Equipment and delivers to show location (Revolusun/Entrepreneurs Sandbox)
-Inventories Camera/Audio Equipment, Light equipment and other show equipment pre and post show
-Sets up house music, test house lights, house audio, projection, internet connectivity
-Sets up LED lights, Cameras, Audio Record
-Assists Accompanist with Setup
-Review and test performer/team audio/video and cues
-Cues teams and lighting throughout shows
-Packs up, drops off equipment on site and drops off equipment at storage and locks up
Requirements:
-Must be reliable, responsible, efficient, on-time, and on-task
-Must have reliable transportation, able to hold equipment
-Must be able to carry 30lbs+
-Knowledge in theatre tech (sounds lights, etc.) OR a willingness to learn
-Must be available 6:00pm- 11:00pm EVERY FIRST and THIRD Saturday
Rate:
$75/per show + Free Improvhi Classes
